Pathological examination of the jejunal tumor: a. Gross examination shows an 8.5 cm, soft, circumscribed, yellowish-white, submucosal mass in the jejunum; b. Microscopic examination reveals acinar and solid architectural patterns; c. Marked vascular invasion, including tumor thrombus, extends into the first jejunal vein; d. No invasion to the pancreatic parenchyma is identified; Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells are positive for trypsin (e) and negative for chromogranin A (f), synaptophysin (g), and CD56 (h)
