Typical case. L1 with AVCF underwent BPKP, and the postoperative bone cement showed symmetrical mass distribution. Figure 2a and b show the preoperative lumbar frontal and lateral radiographs, Fig. 2c shows the preoperative lumbar MR scan, and Fig. 2d and e show the postoperative lumbar frontal and lateral radiographs. The preoperative height difference of the injured spine was 4 mm, and the preoperative local cobb angle was 15.5°; the postoperative height difference of the injured spine was 1 mm, and the postoperative local cobb angle was 3°; the recovery rate of the height difference of the injured spine was 75%, and the recovery rate of the local cobb angle° was 80.6%
